ABOUT MUSIC & DANCE ACADEMY

The Music and Dance Academy was founded in 1995, on the beleif that a music education is essential to the emotional, physical and academic progress of everyone. We envisioned a school were people of all ages, abilites and backgrounds would receive the very best in music education, and in the words of Shinichi Suzuki, "educating a beautiful human spirit"

The Academy provides a rich learning enviroment where European music-school traditions and Suzuki Talent Education form a unique and rewarding educational opportunity. These combined philosophies emphasize quality, dicsipline, structure, and awareness of self, which develop not only performing but confidence, self-esteem, concentration and determination to meet artisitic challenges.

Our mission is to foster creative expression, develop ability in all students, and encourage lifelong music learning. We strive for excellence, diversity, accessibility and the growth of exceptional music skills in a nurturing enviroment.
